Billing Policy

We Thank you for your purchase of our eVetSites Services. We hope to be of service to you for many years to come!

When we take your website live online or after the initial 30 day trial period ends, whichever comes first, we will charge your account for each monthly charge cycle for which you will be using our service, and automatically every month thereafter unless you cancel your service by contacting our office by written notice, fax or email notification.

If you chose the annual plan, we will charge your credit card at the end of the 30 day trial period which will be the beginning of your service year, and automatically every service year (13 months) thereafter unless you cancel your service by contacting our office by written notice, fax or email notification.

Cancellation:
We will not charge your account if you cancel your service by contacting our office by written notice, fax or email notification within the first 30 days of your initial registration.

After your initial 30 day free trial, your eVetSites services remain in effect until you terminate them by written notice, fax, or email notification to our office. If you decide to cancel, we would appreciate any comments you might have which led to your decision so that we can improve our service for your future consideration.

When you cancel your service with us, all billing to your account, and your service with us, will terminate at the next billing cycle.

If your credit card account is canceled for any reason, please let us know ASAP so that we can switch to a new account for you, to avoid any interruption in your website services. If your service is interrupted for billing issues, a $25 reinstatement fee will be applied to activate the account and/or the web site content.

We reserve the right to terminate your eVetSites services should your account be delinquent for more than 30 days.

Our privacy policy is very simple:

We do not give out your telephone number, credit card information, or any other personal data about you or your clients.

You and your clients' information is strictly confidential and your property alone. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties.

It's that simple! And we strictly adhere to this policy.

Please note that the only information automatically logged by www.eVetSites.com is a user's IP address. The IP information in no way identifies the user, merely the Internet Service Provider.

Online Enrollment
Your online enrollment form will require numerous personal disclosures. We protect your information using a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). As you enter personal information (such as your address, credit card number, and phone number), SSL encodes it so that it is available only to you and the eVetSites computer that receives your completed enrollment. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.
